ZenTech seeks to maintain the highest standards of quality across all aspects of its work.
In 1999, ZenTech underwent ISO9001:2000 accreditation for quality systems and consistently maintains this accreditation. Since 2002 ZenTech has undergone several audits conducted by client representatives from New Zealand, Australia, Europe and the United States of America.
ZenTech continues to review and improve the quality of procedures used during sample collection, sample analysis, data analysis, documentation and reporting to achieve the standard required by Medsafe, TGA, EU and FDA regulatory authorities and we are confident that we are compliant with the TGA, ICH and FDA requirements.
